When purchasing, I assume you have read and agreed with the following policies:

• I accept payments through PayPal.
• PRICES ARE IN US DOLLARS.
--- ▲ SHIPPING ▲
• Ready to ship items will be shipped in 2-4 working days.
• Depending on your country of residence additional import/taxes fees can apply. I cannot be held responsible for these fees that are separate from your purchase.
• Please check in the description of the product which shipping applies, as part of the year I send the package from Mexico and other times from Belgium.
WHEN SHIPPING FROM MEXICO:
RATES: USA: 15 USD | AUS & NZ: 20 USD | Rest of the world: 17 USD / México: free shipping
• Items are shipped with Mexican Postal Service, depending on your country it can take 2-7 weeks. If you want Express Service please contact me to give you the price.
• Tracking number will be provided. Please track your package. If a doll is returned because there was nobody on the provided address, the client must pay the shipping to send the doll again.
WHEN SHIPPING FROM BELGIUM:
• Items are shipped with Economy Belgian Postal Service, depending on your country it can take 1 to 6 weeks. It doesn't include tracking code. If you want tracking code please contact me to give you the price (normally is the double of the shipping price)
• If a doll is returned because there was nobody on the provided address, the client must pay the shipping to send the doll again.
--- ▲ REFUNDS AND RETURNS ▲
• All sales are final. I don't accept refunds, returns nor exchanges.• Filomeluna cannot be held responsible for lost packages. But please contact me to work something out. It never has happened though ;)
--- ▲ CUSTOM ORDERS ▲
• At the moment I am not accepting custom orders but occasionally I can open a space. Contact me please to see if we can make it happen.
• If you want to cancel a CUSTOM DOLL you must do it within 24 hours of ordering, so I can give you a refund.
▲ HOW TO CLEAN ▲
In order to maintain your doll in the best condition, please do not machine wash. Spot cleaning with a soft cloth.
